T’ika is the Quechan word for flower and the inspiration for our quality range of products ranging from soap to Machu Picchu and a lot more in between.

Fiona Cameron is an entrepreneur from Scotland that has lived and travelled around the world before settling in Cuzco over 10 years ago. She is the owner manager of T’ika Trek Peru and takes a hands on approach to management going on many of the treks and trips herself to assure a high standard of service. This is a new company however Fiona ran another travel agency for 7 years and was also manager of the South American Explorers where she is still on the Board of Directors www.saexplorer.org She is also the Managing Director/Owner of T’ika Soap www.tikasoapperu.com You can also see some of Fiona´s work on the latest Moon Peru guidebook and previous editions of Footprints Peru.

Staff

All staff are local to the area, certified and committed. To guarantee this level of professionalism we have to provide a fair wage for their expertise. In taking a trip with us you are offering work to porters, guides, drivers, cooks, horsemen, administration among others. Guides are trained in Wilderness First Aid and all staff are trained in the Leave No Trace practices.
